Q: My order went through but I can't get in - am I doing something wrong?

Q: When do I get my password?

A: Currently, authorization for BikiniBoxers is NOT automated. We have to get the order, process the credit card manually, prepare your access codes and mail them to you. Depending on when you order this could take up to 24 hours. Usually the time is less - we monitor and process orders throughout the day and early evening, about 10:00 am through 07:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

If you DON'T hear from us within 24 hours, please send us an email, but be sure to check your email provider's SPAM, BULK, JUNK or SUSPECT folder.

Q: So once I order, what will I receive from you?

Q: How do I access my order?

A: Once your order is processed, we will set up a user name and password for you. This will be good for four weeks - plenty of time to view and/or download the information. We will send you an email with your personal user name and password, the destination URL, the authorization number for your charge, and the date that your authorization expires.

Each gallery consists of JPEG images and HTML pages for viewing.

If your email browser supports hyperlinks, the destination URL will appear in your email as a colored link. You won't even have to type it into your browser window, just click on the link. If your browser doesn't support hyperlinks (AOL through version 5 doesn't, unless it was entered from an AOL browser) then you should copy and paste the URL into the browser. Sometimes typing it in will create errors.

Next a data entry box will appear in the center of your monitor. Enter the user name in the top one and your password in the lower one. Press enter or return.

Q: Can I pay with PayPal?

A: Sure, when you submit your order there is a PayPal option, where you can provide the PayPal email address you want the PayPal money request sent to. Upon receipt of payment we'll send you your access. This is only a temporary method, we'll soon have the PayPal payment option directly online.

Q: My username or password isn't working. Now what?

A: Well there's always a chance we've set you up wrong. We usually test the data before sending it to you. So before you write us, try copying and pasting the data directly from your email, being sure to avoid letting any extra spaces into your copy field. If you've tried everything, drop us a line and we'll work to correct it.

Q: I started to order from your secure website, but the order form has a place for my shipping address. I don't want anything shipped to my home, I just want to view the material online. What gives?

A: The secure ordering service we use provides a standard order form that we can't change. Go ahead and fill out the form, but nothing is mailed to your home. All of these services are for ONLINE VIEWING ONLY.

Q: The images seem to load very slow - can you speed up your server?

A: If you're using a dial-up modem, the odds are you're only getting a maximum download speed of 28.8, even if you have a 56K modem. The speed of your own system and the quality and nature of the phone lines in your area and your home can also have an effect.

Q: I'm reluctant to use my credit card on the internet. How safe is ordering from you?

A: Your personal concern is understandable. We use a 128 bit SSL Server to process orders, AND we delete these orders from their online holding area as soon as we've processed the order. They are never available for a "hacker" more than 24 hours at most, usually only a few hours. After the transaction we do not have any record of your CC number, just the order transaction.

Remember that most cards have a $50 maximum liability once you've contacted them, and now that the internet has become such a powerful purchasing element of our society, many cards come with a $0 liability for online purchases.

Q: Will I be automatically rebilled each month?

A: No, this is a ONE TIME PURCHASE which gives you seven days to view and/or download your purchase. You do not have to write us again to stop the so-called "convenient" rebilling scheme.

Q: Will I be put on a mailing list?

A: Absolutely not. We respect your right to privacy. We don't share your name and address with ANYONE. We will communicate with you only concerning your orders.
